We will examine how LGBTQ2S+ athletes are represented in the Canadian sports landscape as leaders and participants at all levels, from grassroots to high performance. We will examine bias, homophobia and other barriers to participation and leadership. Strategies to make sport more inclusive for LGBTQ2S+ athletes and leaders will also be addressed.
